It can be quite a shock—or a sense of relief!—after diagnosis. Start to plan ahead while also adjusting to life with someone who has dementia. We’ll learn the difference between normal aging and dementia, how dementia is diagnosed, and benefits of early detection. We’ll also discuss starting these conversations as a family, addressing early-stage changes, and making a plan for the future that works for your family.
